Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. From your account → "Manage subscription" you reach the Stripe portal and cancel in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid, with no further charges.
Do credits unlock premium spreads too?+
Yes. As long as you have at least 1 credit available you can use all 7 spreads, including the Celtic Cross. Each reading uses 1 credit.
Do the 3 free readings refresh?+
No, they are one-time (3 lifetime per account). They let you try the system with no commitment before choosing a plan.
What’s the difference between a plan and credits?+
A plan gives you a number of readings every day as long as you’re subscribed. Credits are single readings that stay with you over time (12 months validity), ideal if you use the site occasionally.
If I change plan what happens to today’s readings?+
The new plan activates immediately. Readings already done today stay counted; the daily quota adjusts from the next day.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?+
Yes. In the Stripe portal you can change plan or billing cycle; the difference is automatically prorated.
Are payments secure?+
All payments are handled by Stripe. We never store card details on our servers. We support cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA where available.
Refunds?+
If a reading failed due to a technical issue, contact us at info@arcanaluminara.com: we check the reading log and credit you with bonus readings.
